7-Day money-back guarantee for any reason

Undamaged products, for any reason, may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, with the exception of corporate purchases/bulk orders, which may not be refundable. (Note: Orders of more than 10 products will be considered bulk orders. Once the returned items are back at Fulan’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
Returns must include all accessories (When returning a product purchased during the Buy One Get One promotion, you must return two products. If you are only returning one product, the refund amount will be the amount paid minus the $0.99 product suggested retail price.
Items must be in original packaging
For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs
For warranty claims not related to quality, Fulan refunds the cost of the product itself
Returns may be refused if the item does not meet the above requirements

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee Refund requests expire 7 days after a warranty claim is made. Refund requests for non-quality issues cannot be processed for items whose 7-day period has expired. For purchases not made directly through Fulan’s online store, please contact the retailer for a refund. For quality-related questions, see below.

How to return an item?
1. Please contact Fulan customer support to initiate a return. Please describe the reason for the return and provide an invoice or screenshot to confirm the order number.
2. Fulan Support will share the corresponding return address with you within 24 working hours.
3. In order to process the refund in a timely manner, please be sure to send a return notice to Fulan and provide the following information:

Courier name
tracking number
How long does it take to get a refund?
A refund will be made once the item arrives at our warehouse. Refunds will be made using the same method used to place your original order. Processing time usually takes 3-5 business days.

Warranty claims for quality related issues

Merchandise sold directly by Fulan or an authorized Fulan reseller is covered by an extensive warranty against all quality-related defects from the date of purchase (see top of page for product warranty schedule).

Quality-related warranty claims on items purchased through Fulan’s authorized distributors and retailers such as Walmart and Best Buy are processed through Fulan.

For quality-related warranty claims, merchandise will be replaced by a factory refurbished model of equal value, or a new item will be sent. If replacement is not an available or preferred option, Fulan will provide a partial refund based on the age of the device.

All replacements are warranted for the same warranty period as the original defective item, or 3 months after replacement, whichever is longer. The product warranty is void after a full refund.

Process:

Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase
Fullan must document what happens when a buyer troubleshoots a product
Requires the serial number of the defective item and/or visible proof describing the defect
Items may need to be returned for quality inspection
For defective items that Fulan needs to return, if the wrong item is returned to Fulan or if the defective item is not returned, the warranty for these replacements will be void.

Valid proof of purchase:

Order number for online purchases through fulan or an authorized fulan reseller
Sales Invoice
A dated sales receipt from an authorized fullan dealer showing the product description and its price

Please note that several types of proof of purchase (such as money transfer receipts and confirmation of the address originally shipped to) may be required to process a warranty claim.

Warranty claims for product defects expire 90 days after the warranty claim is made. Warranty claims cannot be processed for items that have expired for their original warranty period or the 90-day warranty claim request period, whichever is longer.

Shipping costs must be borne by the buyer in the following cases:

Return of product for any reason other than proven defect
Warranty claims for items purchased outside of the original country of purchase
Buyer accidentally returns
return personal items
The returned item was claimed to be defective but was found to be in working condition by fulan quality control
Returning Defective Items During International Shipping
Fees associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)

Not covered by warranty:

Products without sufficient proof of purchase
Lost or stolen product
Items that have expired
Issues not related to quality (30 days after purchase)
free product
Repair by third party
Damage from external sources
Damage caused by product misuse (including but not limited to: drops, extreme temperatures, water ingress, improper operation of equipment)
Items purchased from unauthorized resellers

Fulan is not responsible for:

Data loss due to use of Fulan products
Returning personal items sent to Fulan

When returning items with a prepaid shipping label provided by Fulan, Fulan is responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping. When items are returned for non-quality issues, the buyer is responsible for any damage or loss incurred during shipping. For non-quality related warranty claims, Fulan does not provide refunds for items damaged in transit.
